Pancake Recipe
Dry Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbs chia seeds whole
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Wet ingredients
1 tsp of vanilla
2 cups unflavored plant milk
1 ripe spotted mashed banana
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and whisk well. Pour into hot skillet or griddle on med heat with 1/4 cup scoop. Cook for a minute or two on first side until you see bubbles forming and popping. Flip and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and repeat. Enjoy.
Makes 12 pancakes at about 100 calories each.
