Ingredients
2 TBSP PB2 Cashew Powder
1 TBSP water
1/4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
just a bit of water (maybe 1 TBSP)
1/2 tsp dried dill
2 tsp maple syrup
Directions:
Add cashew powder and water together to form cashew butter. Should be a peanut butter consistency. Add more water or powder of needed. Once you have the right consistency, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a whisk or stick blender. The sauce will be runny but it will thicken up overnight.
Serve over your favorite salad
