Crispy Air-Fryer Rosemary Potatoes
2 cups golden potatoes
1 tbsp veggie broth (no oil)
1 sprig Rosemary diced (or 1 tsp of rosemary spice)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste.
Wash and cut potatoes into half or quarters. Soak in water for at least 15-20 minutes to remove starch.
Drain potatoes in a colander, shake lightly to remove excess water. Leave them for a couple of minutes to dry out.
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Meantime in a deep bottomed bowl, combine potatoes, broth, garlic powder, rosemary, chili flakes and mix well. Gently stir/toss to coat.
Spread potatoes on an air fryer tray in a single layer with enough space between them. Do not overcrowd them.
Place the tray in air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, shake or flip and cook another 10 mins
Remove and serve.
