Crispy Air-Fryer Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups golden potatoes

  • 1 tbsp veggie broth (no oil)

  • 1 sprig Rosemary diced (or 1 tsp of rosemary spice)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste.


Instructions

  • Wash and cut potatoes into half or quarters. Soak in water for at least 15-20 minutes to remove starch.

  • Drain potatoes in a colander, shake lightly to remove excess water. Leave them for a couple of minutes to dry out.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400F. Meantime in a deep bottomed bowl, combine potatoes, broth, garlic powder, rosemary, chili flakes and mix well. Gently stir/toss to coat.

  • Spread potatoes on an air fryer tray in a single layer with enough space between them. Do not overcrowd them.

  • Place the tray in air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, shake or flip and cook another 10 mins

  • Remove and serve.
