Ingredients:
1/2 cup original rolled oats
3/4 to 1 cup plant milk
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP maple syrup
1 sliced banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen blueberries or other frozen berries
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a mason jar, shake or stir to combine and put in fridge overnight. Eat cold or hot. Lasts for up to 4 days in the fridge before it starts tasting different.
