1 Cup of Buckwheat groats (soaked and drained)
1 ¾ cup of filtered water
1 Date cut up
1 ripe banana cut up
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of raw cacao nibs
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
½ teaspoon of turmeric
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of walnuts chopped into small pieces
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Turmeric and black pepper have key ingredients that contribute to their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and disease fighting qualities. The black pepper boosts the absorption of the compounds from the turmeric in the digestion process
Put the buckwheat, water, dates and ripe banana into the Instantpot. Set Instantpot for manual high pressure, 4 minutes and follow with a quick release Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and service or put in canning jars for up to 5 days.
