Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

using the Ninja Creami


Ingredients:

1 scoop (15g) Earth Chimp vegan protein powder chocolate

2 TBSP (15g) zero calorie sweetener like monkfruit

1 TBSP (5g) cocoa powder unsweetened

1 1/2 cups plant milk (I used Ripple because of the protein)

1 TBSP (3g) Simply Delish instant pudding, chocolate



Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a Ninja Creami mixing container and use a frother or small stick blender to combine until smooth.   Put the container upright into the freezer for 24 hours.


The next evening, put the container into the Ninja Creami and run it on “Lite Ice Cream” for a full cycle.  Then open it up, check it to make sure it still needs to be mixed again and put it back into the machine for a second cycle, but this time choose “Remix”.   I usually have to do it a third time on the “Remix” cycle to get it to look like soft serve ice cream.   Enjoy.
