Ingredients:
1 small apple (50g) cored and sliced into bite size pieces
1/2 cup (40g) frozen or fresh blueberries, thawed for 30 mins
1 (18g) medjool date, diced
1/2 (50g) banana ripe, sliced and diced
1 TBSP (3.7g) walnuts chopped
1 TBSP (2g) hempseeds
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 serving of my TVP Protein Granola (see attached printable PDF)
2/3 cup (170g) Kite Hill greek style plant based yogurt vanilla unsweetened
Directions:
Add to cereal bowl, fold together and serve.
