Good Greens Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) plant milk (I used Ripple blue bottle)

  • 100g frozen mango

  • 35g frozen avocado

  • 91g (1/2 medium) green apple with skin

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 35g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder

  • 5g Monkfruit sweetener

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled

  • 1 tsp moringa powder


Instructions

  • Toss the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick.  Add ice or water if needed

  • Pour into glass and serve
