PB & J Protein Shake


  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk (I used Ripple blue bottle)

  • 70g (1/2 cup) frozen strawberries

  • 120g frozen rasberries (3/4 cup)

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter powder reconstituted with water

  • 35g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder

  • Ice and water if needed


  • Toss the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick.  Add ice or water if needed

  • Pour into glass and serve
