Triple Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) plant milk (I used Ripple blue bottle)

  • 5g (1 TBSP) cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 75g frozen banana (3/4 of a large banana)

  • 30g (2 scoops) chocolate protein powder

  • Enough ice to make it cold and thick.


Add ins after its blended the first time:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats dry

  • 8g (15 pieces) vegan semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

  • Toss the first 6 ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick.

  • Once blended, open the blender and toss in the oats and chocolate chips.  Blend slightly just until you cant see whole pieces of oats and chocolate chips anymore.

  • Pour into glass, top with cinnamon and serve
