Cashew Sriracha Dip

Ingredients:

1-2 scallions

1 red pepper

juice of 1 lemon

1-2 garlic cloves

1oz nutritional yeast

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

1oz sriracha

6oz cashews (Soaked for at least 2 hours)


Directions:

Combine Cashews and Garlic in a food processor process for 1 minute add remaining ingredients Process 1-3 minutes or until smooth and hummus consistency (If you are doubling or tripling recipe, you will have to process a lot longer to get a smooth consistency) Serve with celery, whole wheat crackers or unsalted pretzels
