Cosmic Brownie Protein Ice Cream - Vegan (Ninja Creami)


1 scoop (14g) Earth Chimp vegan protein powder chocolate

4 TBSP (30g) zero calorie sweetener like monkfruit

1 TBSP (5g) Hershey’s Dark 100% Cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups (360ml) plant milk (I used Cashew milk)

1 TBSP (3g) Simply Delish instant pudding, chocolate

2 TBSP (10g) Protein Cookie Protein Powder Brownie Batter

1 dash sea salt

2 TBSP (5g) Bakers Choice Rainbow Candy Chips


Add the first seven ingredients into a Ninja Creami mixing container and use a frother or small stick blender to combine until smooth.   Put the container upright into the freezer for 24 hours.

The next evening, put the container into the Ninja Creami and run it on “Ice Cream” for a full cycle (not the lite ice cream setting).  Then open it up, check it to make sure it still needs to be mixed again and put it back into the machine for a second cycle. Once it looks nice and densely mixed, dump in the rainbow chips and put it back in the Ninja for one cycle on “Mix-ins”.   Remove from mixer, plate up with some extra rainbow candy chips on top.


This whole recipe makes one serving.
