Easy Mini Bowl Cake
2 tbsp wheat flour 1 tbsp organic sugar 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (dairy free) 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ tsp baking powder ⅛ tsp sea salt ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp applesauce 2 tbsp oat milk (or any plant milk would work)
1). In an small bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Next, add the apple sauce, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the cake is firm. It usually takes me about 90 seconds to get it perfect.
