High Protein Skillet Brownie

Ingredients

1/4 cup (20g)Flex Brand Cookie Butter Protein Powder -Brownie batter

1/5 cup (15g)  all purpose flour unbleached

1/4 cup (10g)  almond flour

1 TBSP (5g) cacao powder

5 TBSP (25g) monk fruit or zero calorie sweetener (to taste)

1/4 cup (40g) Greek yogurt (1/3 of a serving from the PBD recipe)

2 TBSP (Wholesome Yum Keto Maple Syrup

3 TBSP Just Egg Liquid

2 Scoops (30g) Earth Chimp Chocolate protein powder

2 tsp (8g) vanilla extract

2 TBSP (15g) mini dark chocolate chips


Directions:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.  If you dont have the brownie batter Flex cookie butter, just you an extra 20G of protein powder.


  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.  Mix well to combine.  Add a tablespoon or two of water if necessary to get it to a brownie consistency.


  • Add the chocolate chips and fold together


  • Lightly spray oil a 6 1/2 inch skillet or 6in X 4in mini casserole dish


  • Spread the batter evenly in the dish and top with a few extra chips and nuts if desired.


  • Bake at 300F for 10-12 minutes.  Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy



This recipe makes 1 serving.


All measurements are based on the grams, not the cups.  Cups are a unit of volume and used as an estimate while grams are a unit of weight and are the exact amounts.
