High Protein Skillet Brownie

Ingredients
1/4 cup (20g)Flex Brand Cookie Butter Protein Powder -Brownie batter
1/5 cup (15g) all purpose flour unbleached
1/4 cup (10g) almond flour
1 TBSP (5g) cacao powder
5 TBSP (25g) monk fruit or zero calorie sweetener (to taste)
1/4 cup (40g) Greek yogurt (1/3 of a serving from the PBD recipe)
2 TBSP (Wholesome Yum Keto Maple Syrup
3 TBSP Just Egg Liquid
2 Scoops (30g) Earth Chimp Chocolate protein powder
2 tsp (8g) vanilla extract
2 TBSP (15g) mini dark chocolate chips
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. If you dont have the brownie batter Flex cookie butter, just you an extra 20G of protein powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix well to combine. Add a tablespoon or two of water if necessary to get it to a brownie consistency.
Add the chocolate chips and fold together
Lightly spray oil a 6 1/2 inch skillet or 6in X 4in mini casserole dish
Spread the batter evenly in the dish and top with a few extra chips and nuts if desired.
Bake at 300F for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy
This recipe makes 1 serving.
