Ingredients:
1 yellow apple cored and sliced into bite size pieces
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, thawed for 30 mins
1 medjol date, diced
1 banana Ripe, sliced and diced
1 TBSP walnuts or pecans diced
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup plant milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to cereal bowl and serve cold.
