Oat Protein Bars

Ingredients:

6 oz/170g Rolled Oats

4 oz/113g Protein Powder

5 oz140g  Applesauce

3 oz/85g Cashew or Peanut Butter powder

2 oz/56g Wholesome Yum Honey substitute

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 dash salt

3 tbsp swerve brown sugar replacement

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl or in a hand mixer until combined.  Press mixture into a 8x8 square baking pan.  Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 15-20 mins until the edges just start to turn brown.  Remove from oven, cool on counter for 30 mins.  Top with drizzled chocolate, toss in fridge to set and serve.
