One Pot Pasta

Ingredients:

8oz of dried pasta (226 grams)

15 oz can of diced tomaties (440 grams)

8 oz tomato paste (226 grams)

1 TBSP Italian seasoning (15 grams)

1 tsp garlic powder (5 grams)

1 tsp red pepper flakes (5 grams)

1 tsp Himalayan salt (5 grams)

2 cups filters water (440 grams)

Frozen veggies

1 TBSP nutritional yeast (15 grams)

some greens


Directions:

In a cold sauce pot mix together the first 8 ingredients (up to the filtered water) and bring to boil. Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to low for 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.. Test for doneness. When the pasta is near aldente, add in your frozen veggies , stir together and cook for 10 minutes. Test to make sure veggies are cooking. Add mixed greens, stir together and let cook for another 2-3 minutes until greens are wilted. Turn off heat, add nutritional yeast and serve.
