T T L A Sandwich (Tempeh, Tomato, Lettuce and Avocado)

Some tempeh strips (I used Lightlife brand)

2 slices of sourdough bread (or SS compliant bread)

1/8 of a ripe avocado

2 slices of tomato

2-4 leaves of lettuce

som broccoli or other type of sprouts

Cook tempeh to manufactures instructions. Lay out the two slices of bread. Spread the avocado evenly on both slices. Lay a few strips of the tempeh on the first slice. Top with the 2 slices of tomato and the lettuce leaves and the sprouts if you are using that. Put the second slice of bread on top. Enjoy.
