Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Starch Solution Mayo (Recipe below)
1/3 cup soy milk
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Store in fridge overnight to set. Keeps in fridge about 5 days.
Starch Solution Mayo:
12.3 oz package of shelf stable tofu (not the refrigerated one from the cooler)
1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp organic sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp white pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended about 30-60 seconds.
