White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (oil-free)


1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp dried marjoram leaves

1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

1/8 tsp ground pepper

1/8 tsp sea salt

1 large garlic cloves grated

2 tsp maple syrup

1.5 tsp dijon mustard

2 TBSP ground flaxseed meal

5 TBSP water


Put the flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl, mix and let sit for about 5 minutes until gelatinous. Add all the rest of the ingredients into a mason jar. Add the flaxseed meal gel. Cover the jar and shake well. Pour and serve. Store in fridge for up to 7 days

The dressing worked out fabulously - I put black garlic in mine so it is a little darker ( plus herbs went in fresh from the garden, so a little more lumpy)
